Lot Porters play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service by assisting clients dropping off vehicles for repairs and managing the movement of cars, trucks, and vans around the dealership. This position is hourly, with a competitive wage starting at $17 per hour, and includes eligibility for short-term and long-term incentive programs as part of the total compensation package. Beyond the physical tasks, the Lot Porter holds responsibilities that contribute directly to the smooth functioning of the dealership. From performing routine maintenance tasks such as monitoring tire pressure and fuel levels to assisting shuttle drivers and supporting sales activities, the role requires a blend of efficiency, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Additionally, Lot Porters help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, store, and lot areas, thereby upholding the dealership’s professional image.
