Their duties vary depending on the size and age of the community they serve, ranging from property upkeep and managing cleanliness to assisting maintenance teams with apartment make-ready tasks. Being a Porter at Willow Bridge involves varied responsibilities that include keeping the property, management office, and landscaped areas clean through daily inspections, maintaining mail rooms, replacing lightbulbs in common areas, assisting with apartment turnovers, cleaning pools, and performing light painting duties as directed. The role requires physical capability such as regularly lifting weights of 80-100 lbs. and being adaptable to after-hours emergencies when on call.
