The role offered at C+C Apartment Management is integral to maintaining the high standards and operational excellence the company is known for. This position involves a blend of maintenance, custodial, and tenant-interaction responsibilities to ensure that the properties remain in pristine condition. Specific duties include managing garbage and recycling, complying with building-wide recycling regulations, and performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing interior public areas including halls, stairwells, and lobby spaces. Attention to exterior upkeep is equally critical, encompassing sidewalk washing and maintaining exterior passageways.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in maintenance and or construction
- basic knowledge of janitorial procedures
- ALC lead paint certification
- ability to interact with residents and handle complaints with reasonable discretion
- good eye hand coordination
- ability to work in various weather conditions
- medium to heavy physical work including lifting up to 100 lbs
