The Concierge role at one of the premier senior living communities managed by Oakmont Management Group is vital in supporting that mission. This position is designed for motivated individuals who excel in hospitality and customer service, providing the critical first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors. The Concierge operates primarily on weekends and Monday evenings, with shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Monday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., offering a competitive hourly wage between $17 and $18. This role includes greeting visitors warmly, fulfilling resident requests efficiently, arranging tours for prospective residents and their families, and answering multi-line telephones promptly with professionalism. Additionally, the Concierge provides essential clerical support to the administrative staff, ensuring smooth community operations. - Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests
- For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines
