We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Delivery Concierge to join our on-site team at one of our student housing communities. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a vital part of the community’s day-to-day operations, focusing on managing the logistics and care of package deliveries for residents. The Delivery Concierge will ensure that packages and mail are received, organized, and delivered promptly and professionally, enhancing the overall resident experience. This is an hourly position with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and a strong communicator capable of interacting courteously with residents and team members alike. In addition to handling package management, the Delivery Concierge serves as a representative of Core Spaces’ dedication to exceptional service and community care. Responsibilities include receiving and logging incoming packages, sorting and securely storing deliveries according to property guidelines, notifying residents of arrivals, and assisting with package pick-up. Delivery to resident doors and maintaining a clean and organized mailroom environment is also a major part of the role. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds and the willingness to occasionally travel to client locations if needed.
