This opportunity invites candidates to join the team as a housekeeping professional responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group's high-quality standards. The role entails providing friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests, ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations, and actively contributing to a safe, clean, and inviting hotel environment. The role demands a focus on key competencies, including customer service, priority setting, teamwork, adaptability, self and workload management, and close attention to detail. Specific duties include cleaning tasks, ensuring room amenities and supplies meet standards, maintaining housekeeping equipment and carts, responding positively and promptly to guest requests, complying with various safety and risk management practices, inspecting for maintenance issues, and actively contributing to team efforts across departments.
As a part of the housekeeping team, the individual must adhere to strict guidelines regarding attendance, grooming, appearance, and equipment use while participating in departmental and hotel meetings. Physical demands include the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds consistently throughout the shift and a readiness for significant bending activities. This position operates within a dynamic and fast-paced environment requiring diligence, teamwork, and dedication to quality service.
