The role of Kitchen Helper at Resort Lifestyle Communities is a full-time position that plays a crucial part in ensuring a first-class dining experience for both residents and guests. This position works closely with the Culinary and Dining Services team under the supervision of the Executive Chef, contributing to the high standards and smooth operation of meal services in the community. The Kitchen Helper is responsible for assisting in various tasks related to meal preparation and dining room management, including food prep, stocking the salad bar, filling refreshment carafes, setting tables, and cleaning afterward. This role is vital to maintaining the welcoming and elegant dining atmosphere that Resort Lifestyle Communities is known for.
The work schedule is designed to provide a balanced work-life experience, with shifts from 11:30am to 8:00pm Tuesday through Saturday, ensuring no late evenings as evening meals conclude by 6:30pm.
