This role, based in Oxford, Connecticut (KOXC), is for a Lead Captain responsible for commanding the Challenger 605 aircraft under Part 91 operations, with an annual flight hour requirement of approximately 250 hours. The position is full-time, offering a competitive salary in the range of $310,000 to $330,000 per year, along with fully paid medical and healthcare premiums. As a Lead Captain, you will serve not only as an accomplished pilot but as a key point of communication among the flight department, account management, and operations teams. Your responsibilities will extend beyond piloting to include ensuring compliance with all operational regulations, coordinating crew schedules, reviewing expense reports, and overseeing training activities.
