This specific opportunity at NetJets is for a Pilot position, a critical role within the organization responsible for delivering superior air transportation services. The Pilot not only ensures safe and technically accurate flights that comply with all FAA guidelines and standard operating procedures but also acts as the face of NetJets, providing an exceptional concierge-level service experience. The role requires versatility, as the Pilot balances professional aviator responsibilities with in-flight service duties, such as greeting and briefing passengers, managing catering services, and addressing unique passenger needs including those traveling with pets or smoking onboard.
Pilots at NetJets hold full command of the aircraft throughout each flight and must demonstrate professionalism and excellent decision-making skills under pressure. The position entails meticulous attention to detail in flight safety and maintenance communication, acting as the primary liaison between the owner/passenger and NetJets from arrival at the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) through to departure at the destination. Candidates must be adaptable and capable of managing long, variable duty hours that may span multiple days, time zones, and extreme weather conditions, reflecting the dynamic and global nature of the role.

- At least 21 years of age
- 1,500 hours total flight time or 1,250 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate or 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification or 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate
- 200 hours cross-country flight time
- 250 hours fixed-wing Pilot-in-Command (PIC)
- 100 hours of night flying or 75 hours with 45 night takeoffs and landings
- 75 hours of instrument flight time excluding simulator time
- Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
- Valid passport
- Authorization to work in the US and travel internationally without restriction
- Flexible to work varying hours including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to manage rest to maintain readiness for flight duty
- Ability to work long duty periods up to fourteen hours per day for up to eight days
- Willingness to be away from home for seven or more days staying in hotels
- Able to secure airport authority and US Customs security badges
- Must pass TSA background screening
- Valid US driver's license
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

- Physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force and work around animals
- Able to conduct flights for owners who smoke
