Pickup and Delivery Driver - $21 to $22 per HOUR

This role is vital in ensuring that commercial truck tires reach our fleet customers efficiently and safely, contributing directly to our company’s reputation and success. The P&D driver role involves operating a 1-ton truck accompanied by a 22-foot gooseneck trailer to transport commercial truck tires. This position requires a responsible individual who can safely take home and park the company truck and trailer, with the added convenience of a provided fuel card to manage fueling needs. Work hours are Monday through Friday, typically from 7:00 AM to 3:00-5:00 PM depending on overtime requirements, offering a stable full-time opportunity with an expected workload of 40 to 50 hours per week. Key responsibilities include not only driving but also the loading and unloading of the trailer. This involves handling various cargo such as commercial tire and wheel assemblies, loose tires, scrap tires, and wheels. Although much of the cargo can be moved with a lift truck, drivers must be physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds when necessary. This ensures the safe and efficient handling of all deliveries and pickups. After a probation period of 60 days, employees are provided with uniforms and are expected to maintain a neat appearance and professional interaction with customers and co-workers.
