In this role, the Barista will become the bright spot in customers' days by delivering outstanding service while serving Top Pot’s signature products. The position also presents the chance to work at other cafe locations for additional hours, allowing for flexibility and growth within the company. Responsibilities include preparing and serving doughnuts, pastries, sandwiches, and beverages according to Top Pot’s recipes and quality standards.
