The role being offered is for an Operations Manager specializing in Airport Operations, based on-site at the San Diego facility. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $83,495.39 to $104,368.51, reflecting the seniority and responsibilities involved in overseeing complex logistics operations within a fast-paced environment. The Operations Manager will play a critical leadership role in managing transportation and logistics functions that ensure the timely and accurate delivery of food and equipment essential for inflight services. Responsibilities include strategic planning, resource management, compliance adherence, and continuous process optimization. • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
• 3-5 years of experience in transportation/logistics management (high-volume, time-sensitive environment preferred)
• Proven track record of improving operational KPIs and reducing costs
• Solid knowledge of federal safety and food-handling regulations (OSHA, FDA, USDA, EPA)
• Experience managing variable production systems and schedules
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
• Technologically savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office and logistics management software
