The role of Manager in the Aerospace, Defense, Aviation & Space Operations Group is a full-time position based in Phoenix, AZ, though open to all U.S. locations. The position offers an annual salary range of $125,000 to $190,000, depending on factors including education, experience, location, and skill level. Additional compensation includes a discretionary bonus program tied to individual and company performance. As a Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in advancing the firm’s strategic initiatives within the Aerospace, Defense & Aviation sector. You will guide teams on large, complex client engagements, developing actionable performance improvement plans and managing these projects through to successful outcomes. Responsibilities include synthesizing insights from data and client interactions, making strategic recommendations, and directly collaborating with clients to implement solutions. Your expertise should span a variety of functional areas such as flight operations, airport operations, maintenance repair and overhaul operations, procurement, network and revenue management, technology and digital innovation, fleet and financial planning, and others. Experience leading projects and working with private equity relationships is highly valued. The Manager role demands strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in data analytics, business intelligence, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams under tight deadlines.
