The role of Patient Services Representative/Surgery Front Office Receptionist at AVP is highly significant as it serves as the first point of contact for patients. This full-time position demands a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting. The incumbent will be responsible for greeting patients, obtaining and organizing critical patient information, and facilitating a smooth flow of the surgical preparation process. The individual must demonstrate excellent organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities including preparing surgical charts, assembling medical records, managing surgery schedules, coordinating with the anesthesia team, and ensuring a flawless communication link between patients, surgeons, and internal departments.
