The role of Front Desk Patient Financial Services Representative at Banner Health embodies the organization's commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence. This position involves interacting directly with patients to manage appointment scheduling, insurance verification, authorization processes, and the collection of copays and coinsurance. The representative plays a key role in supporting patient flow and ensuring a smooth registration process, while also providing financial guidance to patients to help maximize reimbursement efforts. Located at 1800 North Civic Square in Goodyear, Arizona, with initial training at 4860 N Litchfield Rd, Suite 102, this position works during day shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including one late day and potentially some Saturdays to accommodate extended clinic hours. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in patient registration or related healthcare role preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team
