The Executive Health Concierge Care Department within Advocate Health operates at the Winston Salem Country Club Medical Plaza and focuses on fostering patient satisfaction and resolving concerns related to care delivery. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $22.50 to $33.75 and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. In this role, the incumbent serves as a liaison between patients, families, and medical staff, facilitating problem resolution and ensuring that patients' voices are heard and addressed promptly. The Executive Health Concierge Care team member is responsible for managing sensitive interactions with professionalism and empathy, especially in high-stress environments such as the Intensive Care Unit. This position requires strong communication and mediation skills to defuse conflicts and ensure a compassionate, culturally sensitive approach towards a diverse patient population. The role also involves documentation and reporting of patient concerns and satisfaction levels to drive continuous quality improvement throughout the Medical Center. Candidates are preferred to have a Bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, or a related human relations field, along with prior experience in patient relations or comparable hospital settings. Knowledge of medical terminology and the Medical Center's service lines and chain of command is advantageous. This position enables professionals to contribute directly to enhancing the patient experience and supporting the hospital’s mission to provide equitable, high-quality care.
