The Patient Access & Guest Services Representative role at Mary Free Bed plays a vital part in shaping the initial impression and ongoing experience of patients, families, and visitors. The duties include greeting and assisting patients and families with friendliness and professionalism, helping visitors navigate the hospital’s various programs and facilities, and supporting outpatient access-related administrative functions.                 - High school diploma or GED
 - Two years of customer service experience, health care industry preferred
 - Competent with computers and Microsoft Office Suite software
 - Functional hearing abilities for communications from telephonic devices and PA speakers
 - Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours as needed
 - Must have problem resolution skills
 - Must have ability to manage multiple priorities
 - Ability to speak, read, and write standard English
