As a Pastry Cook under the supervision of the Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries for all Food and Beverage outlets using established recipes. You will conduct taste tests to ensure item consistency, manage accurate production records, and assist in developing new products for catering and a la carte menus.
