As a Pastry Cook under the supervision of the Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries for all Food and Beverage outlets using established recipes. Your role is critical to maintaining consistent high quality, professional plating, and appropriate product quantities to meet outlet demands. You will conduct taste tests to ensure item consistency, manage accurate production records, and assist in developing new products for catering and a la carte menus. Hygiene and sanitation are priorities, with expectations for thorough cleaning of equipment and workstations during and after shifts.
