Passenger Services Agents are responsible for performing a wide array of airport and contracted airline passenger and aircraft service functions. Their duties include handling passenger baggage, guiding aircraft safely on and off gates, driving ground service equipment, and ensuring the aircraft are properly serviced and maintained. Above wing responsibilities focus on passenger interactions such as greeting travelers, managing check-in and ticketing, rebooking itineraries, issuing boarding passes, and assisting with customer inquiries and concerns. The position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays, with the ability to adapt to short notice scheduling changes. Working conditions are challenging, demanding physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions, lift heavy baggage up to 99 pounds, and handle multiple responsibilities in high noise and dynamic environments.
