The role available is that of a Front Desk Associate, a pivotal part of the management team responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring smooth communication between residents, guests, and service providers. This position is scheduled for Friday and Saturday from 3pm to 11pm, offering a pay rate of 18 dollars per hour. The Front Desk Associate works independently without direct supervision, requiring a proactive and responsible attitude to handle multiple duties effectively. As a Front Desk Associate, your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks vital to the security and customer service functions of the residential property. You will greet residents and guests warmly, manage access control, monitor electronic security systems, and maintain detailed logs and records. Your role also involves emergency response readiness and the ability to react promptly to any incidents. You will act as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service and communication while addressing complaints or issues as they arise. Additionally, you may be assigned other duties by the onsite property manager, underscoring the dynamic nature and importance of this position within the property management structure. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to efficiently multitask in a busy environment.
