The Part-Time Event & Lifestyle Coordinator role at HeatherGate at Oxford in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, is a pivotal position that supports the community's daily operations to enhance resident retention and satisfaction. This role requires close collaboration with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to facilitate smooth move-ins, organize engaging programs and resident events, and assist with various sales and marketing activities for the community. As the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face for prospects and residents, managing the office environment and ensuring a positive visitor experience. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, assisting with property tours, answering and routing phone calls, managing guest suite and package deliveries, and ensuring amenities are well-maintained and presented.
Beyond these operational duties, the Lifestyle Coordinator actively develops, executes, and evaluates innovative resident events and programs designed to build community engagement and enhance resident satisfaction. This role also involves maintaining strong local knowledge of area businesses and events, offering helpful recommendations to residents, and fostering positive relationships with concierge vendors and community partners. Managing communication via the Lifestyle E-mail account and producing promotional materials like monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers are integral to effectively marketing events and services available to residents.
This position demands a blend of organizational, interpersonal, and creative skills to contribute meaningfully to community vibrancy and resident retention initiatives. The Lifestyle Coordinator participates in maintaining Greystar's sales and marketing standards, contributes to budgeting efforts related to resident activities, and manages expenses to align with budgetary guidelines. The hourly wage range for this part-time position is $18.00 to $20.00, with additional eligibility for bonuses depending on performance and other factors.
