• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior bartending experience in a high-volume, luxury hospitality environment preferred
• Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
