The University of Notre Dame’s Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division plays a vital role in managing event coordination, hospitality, and customer service across campus. Currently, UOES is seeking motivated individuals to join the Three Leaf Catering team as part-time Baker 1s within the campus Hospitality department. This entry-level Baker 1 role is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about developing foundational baking and pastry skills within a supportive and well-established team. The position involves working under the guidance of senior bakers to prepare a variety of pastries and bakery items that serve the Notre Dame community. Responsibilities include accurately measuring and mixing ingredients, supporting bakery operations like assembly and decoration, maintaining cleanliness and order, and adhering strictly to food safety standards such as ServSafe guidelines.
