The Valet Attendant position at Westgate Resorts offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional guest service. The role primarily revolves around managing the valet parking process to ensure guest vehicles are handled efficiently and securely. Responsibilities include identifying guests, managing parking stubs accurately to ensure vehicles are retrieved promptly on a first come, first served basis, and providing courteous assistance to guests at all times. As a Valet Attendant at Westgate Resorts, you will greet guests warmly, request and manage parking stubs, and coordinate with parking attendants to retrieve vehicles in a timely fashion. You will act as the initial point of contact for guests utilizing valet services, answering their questions and offering guidance regarding hotel amenities and local attractions. This role requires excellent verbal and written English communication to effectively convey information and instructions. Employees must be able to perform their duties under varying environmental conditions such as heat, cold, or noise while maintaining a neat, clean, and professional appearance. - Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification including Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Non-Gaming Work Permit, Gaming Work Permit, Clark County Health Card, Alcohol Awareness Certificate, Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work in unfavorable conditions which occasionally be hot, cold, wet and noisy
- Ability to maintain attendance in conformance with standards
