The Services and Support Operations Division (SSO) at Parker Aerospace stands out as a global leader in integrated Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services and support. Responsibilities include defining contract requirements, generating and providing input for proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, monitoring contract performance, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements. The role requires direction and oversight of multiple or major customer accounts, interpreting customer requests, monitoring performance and delivery, resolving complaints, and supporting purchase order and contract review and analysis as part of order management. Typically reporting to a Contract Manager or Lead, this individual contributor role interacts regularly with internal functional team members and directly with customers, providing a pivotal linkage between Parker Aerospace and its valued clients. Specific duties include administration of contracts and analysis of performance metrics, development of technically and commercially compliant proposal packages, initiation and coordination of bid processes, contract negotiation within legal and company policy frameworks, resolution of claims and complaints, monitoring contract financials, acting as the primary point of contact for customers on assigned contracts, maintaining professional knowledge, and ensuring regulatory compliance with aerospace and government regulations. The role also emphasizes the application of lean principles to improve processes and develop standard work practices.   • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in contract administration or directly related field
  • knowledge of contract administration principles and industry regulations
  • familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to contracting, export control, and government contracting
  • ability to negotiate terms and conditions including USG FAR/DFAR flow downs
  • experience with USG contracting processes including certified cost and pricing data, CAS coverage, subcontracting plans
  • proficiency in business applications and specialized systems
