As a Host, the team member is the first point of contact for guests, tasked with warmly greeting and seating customers while accommodating various guest needs such as parties with children, large groups, and business guests. Understanding menu items, specials, and promoting merchandise sales are integral components of the Hosting responsibilities. In the To-Go role, the Hospitality Service Support team member handles order processing through multiple channels, including phone, delivery service apps, and walk-in customers. This involves accurately taking orders, suggestive selling to enhance sales, packaging orders properly, and handling payments. Precision and speed are critical to ensuring customer satisfaction in this role. The Staff role complements the customer-facing duties by maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant’s front of house, parking lot, restrooms, and wait stations.
