The role of Food Runner at dnata Catering’s Boston team, supporting Logan Airport operations, is a dynamic and essential position responsible for ensuring that the cold kitchen is supplied with all necessary food and equipment products to maintain efficient and timely meal production. This role entails setting up the production area before the start of shifts by delivering food, galley items, beverages, and related equipment to designated workstations. The Food Runner ensures smooth operation flow by transporting items between the dish room, storeroom, and production or assembly areas as needed. The role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the physical ability to handle the movement of supplies, including lifting or moving products and equipment up to 25 pounds. Working in a fast-paced and temperature-variable environment, Food Runners are expected to maintain compliance with safety and operational standards, contributing to high-quality catering services.
