Hooters of Palm Bay is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join its team. This role involves managing various operational areas, specifically focusing on hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and atmosphere. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and within company policies and standards. Responsibilities include vendor management, recruitment of front and back-of-house employees, team training and development, employee performance management, and general business administration tasks such as payroll, HR, marketing, and financial reporting. • High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of full service restaurant management experience
• Completion of food safety and sanitation training
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
• Other legally required certifications prior to starting work
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic restaurant environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
