This general manager position is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Moe's Southwest Grill location. The general manager will oversee all facets of the restaurant, ensuring that staffing plans are executed efficiently to meet business demands. They will conduct interviews, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance reviews to foster a positive and productive work environment known locally as "the place to work." Food safety and sanitary practices are non-negotiable, and the manager must maintain high scores in health inspections and adhere to Moe's and Sterling operational standards consistently.
