The position of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is a vital role responsible for providing top-notch hospitality services to guests in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner. This role involves managing parking operations, safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles, and assisting guests with bell services including luggage handling during arrivals and departures when applicable. The Overnight Shift position requires working 16-32 hours per week, with a pay rate of $12.00 per hour plus a $4.00 shift differential for overnight shifts. The Guest Service Associate is expected to maintain a professional demeanor and engage warmly with guests by greeting them appropriately using last names and salutation of the day. They must demonstrate excellent communication skills by responding to guest inquiries about directions, reservations, local amenities, and attractions. Additionally, the associate is responsible for accurate handling of parking claim checks and vehicle keys, ensuring all ticket information is recorded correctly, including damage surveys and key tags. The role demands attention to detail, responsibility for revenue collection when required, and adherence to safety standards while driving and assisting guests. • Valid driver’s license for the state or commutable distance
• One month related experience and/or training or equivalent education
• Knowledge of customer and personal services principles
