This is a full-time position with shifts primarily from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with opportunities to cover additional shifts as needed. The Overnight Receptionist role at Leisure Care is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of community front desk activities during late night hours. The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and residents during overnight shifts, presenting a warm and professional atmosphere that aligns with the company’s mission to feel like home and provide exceptional service. Key responsibilities include greeting all visitors, handling and directing phone calls, maintaining essential emergency and resident documentation, and monitoring electronic resident call systems. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, proficient organizational abilities, and the capacity to multi-task efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is essential to performing job functions effectively.
