As a Housekeeper with American Cruise Lines, you will be an essential member of the shipboard hotel team responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for our guests. This includes a range of cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, dusting, and organizing inventory and supplies. Furthermore, you will engage with guests personally, acknowledging them by name and responding promptly to their housekeeping requests to ensure an exceptional guest experience. In addition to routine housekeeping duties, Housekeepers may take part in special onboard events like greeting guests upon embarkation, assisting with afternoon tea and snacks, and participating in evening cocktail parties.
