We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic General Manager who is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. This full-time position, offering a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $110,000 per year plus monthly profit sharing, offers flexible schedules and numerous benefits, including up to 17 days of paid time off (PTO), 401K matching, insurance coverage after 60 days, wine country trips, and access to mental health services. The General Manager acts as a critical driver of the restaurant's success by functioning as a business strategist, experience curator, people champion, and leadership guru. In this role, you will craft and adjust operational plans to align with sales goals, lead cost control initiatives, oversee labor management, and ensure a safe, welcoming, and impeccably maintained restaurant environment. You will collaborate closely with the Chef de Cuisine to present a top-tier scratch culinary menu and partner with the Bar Manager to develop industry-leading craft cocktails and an exceptional spirits program. Your leadership will be instrumental in cultivating a culture of excellence, hiring and retaining top talent, and fostering a comfortable yet luxurious team environment. With a people-first approach, you will ensure team members are equipped with all necessary resources to excel. You will lead manager meetings, conduct regular one-on-one sessions, and develop internal talent pipelines, supplying the brand's growth with home-grown leadership.
