The role of Ingredient Prep Operator at Aspire Bakeries is an essential position that supports the production of consistent, high-quality baked goods. As an Ingredient Prep Operator, you will be responsible for the precise preparation and mixing of ingredients as outlined by specific recipes. The role demands close monitoring and control of dough temperatures as well as ensuring the efficiency of the Rheon Line, a critical component in dough mixing operations. This position requires verifying dough texture to achieve the desired characteristics, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Additionally, the role requires careful inventory management to ensure appropriate use of ingredients and adherence to safety and quality standards, directly contributing to the excellence of Aspire Bakeries’ products and manufacturing processes.
Working third shift hours from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, including weekends, this role offers a dynamic work environment where attention to detail and teamwork are paramount. - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least 6 months experience in ingredient preparation or similar role
- ability to work third shift hours (10:00 pm - 6:30 am) including weekends
- physical ability to lift and dump 50 lbs flour bags
- ability to follow detailed recipes and process controls
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- basic computer skills for data entry
- effective communication skills in English
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
