The Operations Manager will directly oversee the Project Management team and is charged with managing and tracking all aircraft maintenance programs to meet FAA regulations. Responsibilities include implementing Standard Operating Procedures, managing aircraft inspection and maintenance schedules, budgeting, and maintenance forecasting. The role demands frequent coordination with FAA inspectors, preparation for aircraft launches and arrivals, as well as arranging necessary repairs swiftly between flights. In addition to these operational duties, the incumbent will attend recurrent technical and regulatory training sessions to remain current with industry standards.
