The Operations and Visual Manager is a vital member of the management team, working closely with the General Manager to lead daily store operations and maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards. This leadership role involves partnering to set sales targets, manage payroll, and oversee custom closet operations to boost overall store performance. The Operations and Visual Manager is responsible for directing processes related to inventory control, curbside and delivery orders, and the financial workflows of register and order management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Furthermore, this role leads operational efforts involving repairs, maintenance, facilities management, supplies ordering, staff planning meetings, and maintaining an organized backroom and stockroom. A major component of the position is ensuring Perfect Product Presentation through visual merchandising, collaborating with the Visual Sales and Buying Departments to interpret and apply product presentation strategies that enhance the customer shopping experience. Additionally, the Operations and Visual Manager oversees sales floor management and employee management, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and coaching. The role demands a leader who can engage effectively with customers and staff, build cohesive teams, and cultivate talent, all while exemplifying high standards of accountability and service on the sales floor. The compensation for this role ranges between $65,000 and $75,000 annually, reflecting the importance and responsibility of the position.
