As an International Flight Attendant at Omni Air International, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and memorable travel experience for passengers onboard. Flight attendants at Omni Air International are trained extensively to perform critical safety duties including pre-flight safety inspections, emergency procedures, and delivering life-saving medical assistance such as CPR and first aid. The position involves diverse responsibilities from delivering excellent customer service, providing personalized attention to passengers from various cultural backgrounds, to managing emergency situations with calm and efficiency. The role demands physical endurance and flexibility, as flight attendants must manage duties such as lifting luggage up to 60 pounds, operating safety equipment, and working long and variable hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be 21 years or older, fluent in English, eligible to work in the U.S., and capable of obtaining and maintaining the necessary travel documentation for international destinations. In addition to rigorous physical requirements, mental agility, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure are critical to success in this role.

- must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
- ability to acquire and keep current a passport and travel documents to freely enter and exit all international destinations serviced by Omni
- ability to report to work at assigned base within two hours
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- ability to use computers and work with a basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed
- ability to work flight duty periods of 20 hours or more and deadhead travel periods of 26 hours or more
- ability to work variable blocks of duty days each month and 19 or more continuous days away from base
- test negative on FAA mandated pre-employment drug test and subsequent tests
- pass a 10-year background check including FAA required fingerprint-based criminal history check
- willing to comply with TSA pre-employment checks
- meet established standards, policies, laws and FAA regulations
- attend and successfully complete Omni flight attendant training
- ability to open emergency exits and close aircraft doors weighing up to 60 pounds
- stand or walk more than two-thirds of flight time and sit less than one-third
- lift overhead up to 60 lbs
- ability to reach above shoulder level into bins up to 74 inches from floor
- work in confined spaces and manage allergies effectively
