This job position is centered around servicing and maintaining a variety of construction equipment while delivering excellent customer service. The employee will be responsible for completing equipment services, loading and unloading equipment for customers, adhering to safety protocols, and delivering equipment as needed. A key priority for the role is to maintain a safe workplace environment while also keeping the work area clean and organized. Employees will engage in an introductory 90-day Bootcamp Training program designed to ensure comprehensive knowledge of safety and proper equipment servicing practices aligned with the All Star Rents way. • Valid CA driver's license with satisfactory record
• Valid proof of eligibility to work in the US
• Be able to lift 50lbs unaided
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Computer literacy including typing and understanding computers and basic software
• Some mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction equipment
• Professional communication skills in English both written and verbal
• A serious attitude towards safety in the workplace
