Buckhead Center for Nursing and Healing is currently seeking a Full-Time Day Receptionist to join their team. This role is pivotal within the organization as it acts as the first point of contact for families, visitors, and vendors, helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations by managing communication channels, handling administrative duties, and maintaining security protocols through the screening of visitors and staff. This position runs from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, providing a consistent daytime schedule that supports work-life balance. The Full-Time Day Receptionist will be expected to proficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems to communicate effectively and manage office tasks. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, assisting callers with inquiries, greeting visitors and families, and managing routine clerical tasks such as filing, cash handling, and sorting mail. Familiarity with office machines and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment are essential. Prior experience in healthcare and long-term care settings is required to understand the unique needs and dynamics of working in a nursing and rehabilitation center.
