In the role of Kitchen Manager at Golden Corral, you will be tasked with overseeing the daily food production operations and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety in the back-of-the-house environment. This position requires a balance of hands-on kitchen leadership and operational management to drive excellence in food preparation and restaurant safety. As a vital member of the restaurant's operations management team, the Kitchen Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of back-of-house activities, including food preparation, recipe adherence, cleanliness, and employee training. In addition, this role serves as a key leader during the absence of the General Manager or Hospitality Manager, overseeing the overall restaurant operations related to food quality, safety, and labor management. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong, stable work history with demonstrated management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant. Successful candidates will have completed Golden Corral’s comprehensive management training program and possess education and training typical of business or hospitality college coursework. This role requires a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
