This full-time position focuses on food preparation, grilling meats, sautéing vegetables, and ensuring every dish meets Chipotle’s high standards. Kitchen Leaders play a pivotal role in ordering food supplies, training crew members, and fostering leadership amongst the team to cultivate future Kitchen Leaders.
