In this role, the successful candidate will be instrumental in building high-performing teams over multiple restaurant locations by hiring, training, and mentoring Restaurant General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and Shift Managers. The Area Director will lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. A key focus for this leadership position is to ensure an exceptional guest experience by modeling and coaching Customer Mania behaviors to restaurant leadership teams, swiftly resolving customer concerns to maintain positive relationships and uphold high service standards.
