The Night Auditor position at Mid-Continent Hospitality plays a critical role in the seamless overnight operation of the hotel. This role is primarily responsible for managing the front desk activities from 11 pm to 7 am, including guest registration, reservation management, and preparing comprehensive daily reports. The Night Auditor ensures the night audit process is accurately completed, balancing all transactional records related to the day’s revenue sources such as movie revenue, telephone postings, valet services, and more. Beyond administrative and accounting duties, the Night Auditor maintains excellent customer service standards, acting as a friendly and professional point of contact for guests during the overnight shift. The role demands a high level of attention to detail and an ability to operate front office systems according to company standards. The Night Auditor must approach each guest and employee interaction with a service-oriented and friendly attitude, maintaining a neat personal appearance aligned with brand guidelines.
