These residency programs are thoughtfully structured to help new nurses transition into their professional careers by equipping them with essential clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and behavior competencies needed for quality patient care. The programs feature immersive experiences such as classroom instruction, hands-on skills development sessions, and guided clinical practice under the supervision of experienced preceptors.
