The Bellperson is responsible for loading and unloading luggage carts, organizing and delivering luggage for tour groups, escorting guests to their rooms, and providing detailed information about hotel services and amenities. Additional duties include inspecting guest rooms for readiness, maintaining luggage storage with proper tagging, delivering packages and amenities like flowers and laundry, assisting with room changes, and serving as a knowledgeable resource for local attractions, transportation, and events. The Bellperson also supports other team members such as housepersons and front desk agents, contributing to seamless operations in the hotel's lobby area. This role requires strong communication skills, physical stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for entire shifts, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
