This job opening is for an experienced corporate aviation operations professional who will manage and coordinate international aircraft operations while supporting complex aviation-related projects. The role requires someone capable of handling multiple dynamic requests, maintaining a high level of organization, and communicating clearly across global teams. You will serve as a primary contact for aviation projects, overseeing schedules, assessing risks, and ensuring smooth project lifecycles that often cross time zones and hemispheres. This position demands exceptional coordination skills, strategic thinking, and a calm, efficient approach to 24/7 operational challenges. You will also be instrumental in educating employees about aviation program capabilities and balancing user needs with aviation solutions.
The role offers a US base salary range of $97,500 to $139,000, supplemented by bonus, equity, and benefits, with pay determined by location, skills, experience, and education. Preferred work locations include Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; and Washington D.C. This full-time position reflects Google's dedication to ensuring competitive compensation and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in corporate aviation coordination, particularly with Conditioned Taste Aversion Flight Operations Software or equivalent, are encouraged to apply.
