The role of Catering Delivery Driver at QDOBA is a critical position that embodies both customer engagement and operational efficiency. This role not only involves delivering catering orders safely and promptly but also requires stepping in as a crew member to support the restaurant team during non-delivery times. As a Catering Delivery Driver, you will be the face of QDOBA hospitality, interacting directly with customers, maintaining order accuracy, and ensuring that QDOBA's high standards of guest service are upheld at all times. This position demands a blend of strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in delivery logistics. The Catering Delivery Driver must demonstrate reliability and professionalism by ensuring that all orders are loaded strategically for maximum efficiency and that deliveries are conducted with a friendly demeanor and safety priority. Obtaining guests' signatures, maintaining accurate delivery logs, and presenting the food and drinks in an appealing manner are fundamental aspects of the role. In addition to delivery responsibilities, the driver is expected to contribute to the daily operations of the restaurant by assisting team members with various tasks, participating in general crew duties as outlined in the crew member job description. This position offers an hourly pay range of $14.42 to $18.42, inclusive of local jurisdictional minimum wage requirements in Colorado, with starting pay dependent on location and position. Eligible employees may also receive a flat rate catering service fee for qualifying delivered catering orders.
