Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and warmth, coordinating guest room reservations, managing mail and deliveries, maintaining appointment calendars, and assisting with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation. The position may also involve collecting payments from residents and occasionally driving a company vehicle when required. - High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three years related experience and/or training
- basic First Aid and CPR certification where required
- ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence
- effective oral presentation skills
- basic arithmetic skills
- ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
- ability to operate telephone, emergency call system, monitoring board or beeper, photocopier
- willingness to work various schedules and shifts as needed
