The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role at Foundation Health Partners is pivotal in supporting patients with diverse medical conditions and post-surgical recovery needs. As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care that promotes patient comfort and recovery by assisting with daily living activities such as mobility, hygiene, and nutritional intake. You will also be responsible for monitoring vital signs, collecting patient specimens, and documenting ongoing patient data in medical records. Your role closely supports nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and compassionate patient care. This full-time position involves working three 12-hour shifts per week, with scheduling options including day or night shifts. Job placements exist in various departments such as Medical/Surgical units, ICU, and the Denali Center. As part of your responsibilities, you will perform procedures delegated by licensed professionals within your competency scope, such as blood draws, EKGs, and assisting with catheter removal. Additionally, you will participate in clerical duties that support effective workflow and communication within the department. • completion of unit-approved ECG or EEG training with passing score
