The Maintenance Technician role at UFC GYM is a pivotal position responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the gym facilities and equipment. The role involves conducting daily safety inspections throughout the facility to promptly identify and address any safety concerns, thereby maintaining a safe environment for both members and staff. The technician is also tasked with managing the maintenance history of all gym equipment, which helps in tracking repairs and upkeep schedules efficiently. Responsibilities extend to procuring necessary repair parts, tools, and equipment to support ongoing maintenance needs. A critical part of the role involves performing monthly OSHA safety checks in compliance with OSHA and preventive maintenance guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance and uphold the highest safety standards. Additionally, maintaining detailed logs of preventive maintenance activities is essential to foster a proactive approach to facility management. This position reports directly to the General Manager and Operations Manager and occasionally involves working on special projects as directed.
